Call for facilitators
Facilitators, not presenters
We look for architects who can start a real conversation, guide the discussion, and help peers work through real problems together. No slides needed.
The 2027 call for facilitators is open
Send your session proposal with our proposal form (a Google form). Questions? Write to info@architectdreamin.us.
Three session formats
Each session lasts 50 to 80 minutes. It is interactive, built around a problem, and focused on results: every participant leaves with something they can use.
Design labs
Build a solution together.
- How it works
- The facilitator sets out a real problem in 5 to 10 minutes. Small groups then sketch, whiteboard and weigh trade-offs. The session ends with shared lessons and design principles.
- What attendees take away
- An approach your peers have tested, and a diagram, pattern sketch or decision matrix you can reuse.
Roundtables
Go deep on one topic.
- How it works
- The facilitator asks a hard question and guides the discussion. Everyone shares what worked for them and what did not.
- What attendees take away
- Patterns and lessons from architects who faced the same problem, plus a written summary of the key points.
Solution clinics
Work on a real problem, fast.
- How it works
- Attendees bring a problem or a design decision. The group analyzes it and works through options in real time, like office hours for architects.
- What attendees take away
- Practical recommendations, references and frameworks for your next project.
What makes a great facilitator
- Brings curiosity and structure, not slides
- Invites different views and healthy debate
- Focuses on discovering things together and on real-world impact
- Makes sure every attendee leaves with a clear takeaway or artifact

Share. Listen. Build together.
